A BILL to amend and reenact §30-38-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the R eal Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §30-38-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 38. THE REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION ACT.

§30-38-19. Continuation of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.

The Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board shall continue to exist, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until the first day of July, two thousand five thirteen, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code that article.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue
the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board until July 1, 2013, pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law.

This bill was recommended for passage by the Joint Committee on Government Operations.
